SDF inaugurates new offices at DEUTZ-FAHR Land in Lauingen

SDF has inaugurated a new office building at the DEUTZ-FAHR Land site in Lauingen, further reinforcing its commitment to the German facility, a key hub for the development and production of high-power tractors.

The new structure hosts sales, administrative, service, and R&D offices, bringing together multiple departments under one roof to encourage collaboration and efficiency. Designed in line with the architectural style of the existing buildings, the new offices offer bright, modern, and functional spaces tailored to today’s working needs.

Particular attention was given to sustainability and energy efficiency: the building was constructed following the KfW 40 EE standard and is equipped with a photovoltaic system and heat pump, enabling largely self-sufficient energy use. The surrounding outdoor area has also been enhanced with new green spaces and tree planting, contributing to an improved working environment.

This project represents another important step in the site's evolution, which began in 2017 with the construction of the DEUTZ-FAHR Land production facility and continued with the launch of the DEUTZ-FAHR Arena, the innovative customer center that includes a museum, cinema, showroom, and training areas.
